Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be really happy with what you buy from us at The Green Shop.

Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days (within Australia) and 30 days (outside Australia). Exchanges must be returned to us unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when sold to you, and include a pre-paid self addressed post package for the shipping of the exchange item i.e. the customer pays to return the item and for us to send the new item back to you.

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided if you change your mind.

We do not exchange sale items.

You are able to receive a refund if what you have purchased is faulty or damaged; or not doing what it is supposed to do. Please consider that most of our items are handmade craft items, and as such, are likely to differ somewhat from the images shown on our website. Please return within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the price of purchase, excluding delivery.

Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We want to maintain the quality of our products and to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
