Shipping and Delivery Pricing

Prices of goods, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of display.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%.

The Green Shop uses the Paypal secure online payment gateway for online credit card transactions. Paypal processes online credit card transactions for companies and indivduals in almost all industries in almost all countires.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Paypal gateway are secured payments.

• It is fully automated with an immediate response.

• No human intervention is required to complete this credit card transaction.

• This is far safer than providing your credit card to a waiter or a retail sales person.

• No record of your complete Credit Card Number is made available to The Green Shop.

• All transactions are performed under SSL Certificate.

• BIN checking, ensuring the cardholder is linked to the correct bank.

Shipping and Delivery

Most products will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. Should there be any delay, we will contact you – so please ensure you include your correct email and phone number when placing the order.

Within Australia, all products are delivered via Australia Post or reputable couriers, using registered post so that your item can be tracked and won’t go missing.

Within Australia: We apply a flat rate of 10% of the purchase price for all postage within Australia. 

Outside Australia: A flat rate TBA. Please be aware that your order may be subject to your local customs and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority for applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.

All products are delivered via Australia Post using registered post so that your item can be tracked and won’t go missing.

The freight you see at the end of your order is the exact cost via Australia Post using registered post to send the parcel to you. Every product has been weighed so that the Australia Post calculator can work out the exact freight cost to send the parcel to your address.

Insurance: We automatically insure international parcels, but we do not insure your Australian delivery.  We can do so on special request and you wil need to type this into the notes section of your order.

A guide to the charges calculated is as follows:- First $100.00 - $10, then $2.50 per $100 or part thereof.
