SWAZI CANDLES
These highly decorative glowing candles are entirely handmade in the small African Kingdom of Swaziland, using the age old technique of "millefiore".
The hard outer wax veneer forms the outer shell of the candle, which does not melt when the candle is lit. This creates an illumination of the patterns as the candle burns down.
ABORIGINAL CANDLES
These Swazi Candles have been designed on the artwork by renowned Noosa artist "Noongali".
Each candle includes a tag with a picture of the artist, and the Dreamtime story that relates to the design.
These are fantastic souvenir products and gifts.
MONKEY BALLS
These unique candles are made from the fruit of the Monkey Apple tree, and have been collected in the African bush, then sun dried, hand crafted and decorated.
It is a certified, renewable, and sustainable resource which is creating employment in Africa.
The Monkey Apple fruit is also used in traditional medicine for curing various stomach ailments.
